Private Lessons are ideal for people who cannot attend a course due to time constraints or simply because of a personal preference. The attention is all on you and your dog, so they are great value, and offer more flexibility than a course. Private Lessons are at our dog training facility at the Showgrounds in Glenorchy or can also be taken as a Skype, Facetime or Zoom consult from the comfort of your home if you would prefer. Sometimes it is helpful if you can prepare a short video showing your trainer the problem behaviours you wish to work on. Here are some tips to help you prepare –
- Make sure that it is safe to film, do not put anyone at risk to take the video
- We do not need to see video if your dog finds the behaviour stressful, or if it is dangerous in any way
- Keep video short, total length under 3min (you may send several files)
- Keep files small using compression or by reducing the quality (480p is fine)
