Reactive Dogs

Reactivity in dogs can have many causes, but is most easily defined as a dog that often lunges and barks at the end of the leash. If you have a dog that you have trouble controlling, particularly when they see other dogs or people, You might have a reactive dog.

Reactivity isn’t something that can be completely and easily “cured”, but we can make your life a lot easier and teach you to understand the underlying causes of the problem. We will help you to teach your dog to cope and offer more appropriate behaviours in situations that they find stressful.

We offer a range of classes suitable for reactive dogs, but unless you have had a private consult, please begin with RD101 – 6 Week Reactive Dog Intro.
